Members can subscribe to all 10 meetings for the fiscal year for $40, working out to $4 per meeting instead of the regular $5. That's a $10 savings plus a free recording of every meeting. Subscribe early in the year for the best rate; the price adjusts slightly each month to reflect meetings already held.

How Meeting Pricing Works
Pay as you go
Regular meeting cost is $5 per meeting for members and $10 for non-members. Across all 10 meetings in a year, that adds up to $50 for members and $100 for non-members.
Subscribe for the year
Instead of paying per meeting, you can subscribe for the full fiscal year (e.g.: July 2027 through June 2028) for a flat $40 (members) or $80 (non-members). That works out to $4 or $8 per meeting instead of $5 or $10, and it also gets you a recording of each meeting at no extra charge.
What you save
Subscribing saves you $10 as a member or $20 as a non-member over the course of the year, the equivalent of two free meetings.
Subscribing Partway Through the Year
If you subscribe after July, we'll still offer a subscription rate, just adjusted for the meetings that have already happened. The total price drops each month since you're covering fewer remaining meetings, but the average cost per meeting creeps up. By June, the last month of the fiscal year, the subscription rate is essentially the same as just paying per meeting, since there's only one meeting left to cover. The earlier you subscribe, the more you save per meeting.
Combining with NCGR Membership
Since subscription pricing is discounted for members, joining NCGR nationally ($70 per year) unlocks the better rate. As an example, a non-member paying per meeting for all 10 meetings pays $100 for the year. A member who subscribes pays $40, a savings of $60 on meetings alone, on top of getting recordings included.
